- The original receipt and packaging must be presented.
- Returns must be made in person at any of our UAE store locations.

- Items that are customized, used, or damaged are not eligible unless a manufacturing defect is verified by our team.

If your item requires repair, please visit any of our branches in the UAE. Our team will assess the item and provide repair options. Charges may apply depending on the repair requirements.
