• The original receipt and packaging must be presented.

• Returns must be made in-store at any of our branches within the United Arab Emirates.

Please note:

• No refunds will be issued. Only exchange or store credit is permitted.

• Store credit is valid for 14 days from the original purchase date.

• Items that are customized, used, or damaged will not be eligible unless proven defective.

Order and Pickup Policy

We do not offer online orders or delivery services. All items showcased on our website are for viewing purposes only.

All purchases must be completed in-store, and customers are required to visit our physical location for collection, inspection, and payment.

If your item requires repair, please visit any of our UAE branches. We will assess the condition and arrange repair services as needed. Charges may apply depending on the nature of the repair.

Payments

We accept Credit and Debit cards issued in the United Arab Emirates, as well as cash payments in-store.

Pricing Policy

• All prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT.
